Anthony Perdicaro grew up playing minor hockey in South Florida until the age of 10. When his family decided to move to NY, he began playing for the NY Bobcats and LI Gulls. At the age of 15, Anthony was drafted to the OHL (Ontario Hockey League) to the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds, where he spent part of 3 seasons. He then moved to British Columbia, Canada to play for the Pentincton Vees in the BCHL, where he and his team went on to win the BCHL Championship. At 20 years old after attending NHL training camp for the NY Islanders, Anthony decided to pursue his professional career. He went on to a prosperous 7 year career in the CHL and ECHL.
After retiring, Anthony moved back to Florida with his wife and son and began working for the NHL Florida Panthers, working with players within the organization on their skills and rehabilitating injured players. Anthony is the founder of AP Hockey Development and works with many NHL, Olympic, NCAA, Major Junior, and youth players from all over North America and Europe.

Jeff Lobman was born and raised in Long Island, New York and began playing hockey at 4 years old. He played travel hockey for the NY Bobcats and LI Gulls organizations until age 15 where he began playing Juniors. Jeff enjoyed a 5 year Junior career capping off with the opportunity to play NCAA D3 hockey for Johnson and Wales University. After college, Jeff spent 2 years traveling around the world. For the past 5 years Jeff has been a Private Skills Coach working with players from beginner to NCAA and professional levels, as well as a Head Coach for the Florida Junior Panthers U12 and U18AA teams. Last Season Jeff was the Assistant Coach and Head Skills Coach for the Charlotte Rush Junior A program of the USPHL. He is now the Director of Player Development of the Queen City Royals out of Extreme Ice Center in Indian Trail, NC.
Director of Goalie Development / Lead Instructor
Originally from Albany, New York, PJ attended Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) where he majored in Physical Education. As a student-athlete, he was a member of the men’s hockey team and earned regional all-star honors. After graduating in 2012, PJ relocated to South Florida and became involved with the Florida Jr. Panthers organization. In 2013-14, PJ was an assistant coach for the 12U Southeast Divison Champions. The following season, he was named head coach for the programs 12U team that was a state runner-up. In 2016-17, his 14U team won both the league championship in addition to the state championship. While in Florida, PJ was also able to expand to his coaching resume by working with national and international coaches and players.
In the Summer of 2017, PJ returned home to Albany, NY with his wife and is currently a coach at The Albany Academy prep school. As a level 5 coach, PJ believes that by focusing on the individual development of players, combined with attention to the details, the byproduct will be a successful group of players with a common goal.
